The Company Introduction

Canarias Distribuciones Exclusivas (Cadiex S.L.) was established on March 3^rd 1989. It is dedicated to the import and distribution of wines, distilled beverages, beers, waters, sodas and food products manufactured by Spanish and international brands with a considerably high market share. Cadiex S.L. has a shared capital of 540.000 euros and is completely owned by Galaco S.A. In 1998 Cadiex S.L. became a successful company in the Canarian region with its merger with Comercial Marfe S.A. (Tenerife). Cadiex S.L. has branch offices in five of the seven islands of the Canarian Archipelago.

The Galaco Group is composed of two companies, Galaco S.A.–which resulted from the merging of Comercial J. Galarza S.A. and Atlántico S.A. in 1997–and Cadiex S.L. The group's total turnover in 2009 was 94.1 million euros. Both companies have their own independent networks.
